We deliver across Kenya, East Africa, and to select international destinations.
All orders are dispatched promptly after payment confirmation.
Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and delivery location and will appear at checkout or be confirmed before dispatch.
We use our in-house riders for Nairobi deliveries and reliable courier services such as Pickup Mtaani, Wells Fargo, DHL, and sacco-based transport services for other regions.
For international deliveries, we work with trusted logistics partners.
2. Delivery timelines

3. Dispatch and tracking
Orders are typically dispatched within one hour after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an update via WhatsApp or email with your delivery status and tracking details (where available).
If you need your order urgently, contact us — we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

Delivery fees are based on your location and distance from our store.

5. Delivery confirmation
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Once the parcel is handed over and confirmed by the recipient or security personnel, the order is considered successfully delivered.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we may charge an additional fee for redelivery.
6. Damaged or missing parcels
While we take great care in packaging and dispatching your items, Lux Baby Shop is not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party courier or transport providers.
However, we’ll support you in raising the issue with the courier service and do our best to help find a resolution.
Please report any visible damage or missing parcels within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos where possible.
7. International customs & duties
For international orders, local customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid directly to the local customs authority or courier upon delivery.
